Terms of Service

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Relocation Lens account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Relocation Lens.

2. Service description

Relocation Lens generates AI-powered relocation reports based on questionnaire inputs you provide. Reports include neighborhood recommendations, salary estimates, cost-of-living breakdowns, tax overviews, and school information.

3. No professional advice

Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making relocation decisions. Data may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete — use it as a starting point, not a final answer.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Relocation Lens. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (c) submit false or malicious data; (d) circumvent rate limits or security measures.

7. Intellectual property

Generated reports are provided to you for personal use. Relocation Lens retains all rights to the platform, codebase, and underlying models. You retain ownership of the questionnaire data you submit.

8. Limitation of liability

Relocation Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
